Standardized construction method of steel inner core-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) combined box girder
The invention discloses a standardized construction method of a steel inner core-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) combined box girder. The standardized construction method comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating steel inner core sections; s2, the steel inner core is hoisted to the position above the bottom die; s3, positioning steel bars are welded to studs on the outer surface of the steel inner core, and then a steel bar net is placed and bound; s4, the side die is installed on the bottom die; s5, the UHPC box girder is poured; s6, the poured prefabricated box girder is pushed forwards, the steel inner core of the next section of prefabricated box girder and the steel inner core of the poured prefabricated box girder are welded, and the steps S3-S5 are executed on the next section of prefabricated box girder; and S7, the step S6 is repeated until the whole bridge is pushed in place. The construction efficiency and the construction quality of the box girder are improved, use of large mechanical equipment in construction is reduced, the construction risk is reduced, construction of temporary prestressed inhaul cables and temporary piers in conventional box girder incremental launching construction is avoided, and then the overall construction quality and the construction efficiency of a bridge structure are improved.
