The invention discloses an anti-collision pier water platform erecting method which comprises the following steps: processing and forming a plurality of steel casings and a plurality of steel pipe piles, and transporting the steel casings and the steel pipe piles to an anti-collision pier construction site; s2, a plurality of steel casings and a plurality of steel pipe piles are hoisted in sequence, and pile sinking operation is conducted through a pile driving barge till the steel casings and the steel pipe piles reach the designed elevation; parallel connection brackets are arranged between the adjacent steel casings, between the adjacent steel pipe piles and between the adjacent steel casings and the steel pipe piles; a bracket structure is horizontally arranged on the upper portion of the steel casing, and the supporting face of the bracket structure is flush with the supporting face of the steel pipe pile; and platform structures are erected on the supporting faces of the steel pipe piles and the supporting faces of the bracket structures. The steel consumption can be reduced, so that the construction cost is reduced, and the construction difficulty is greatly reduced.
