A novel sump open caisson bottom sealing construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a pile foundation engineering virtual pile head chiseling site is leveled; step 2, open caisson design; designing a two-dimensional plane positioning size; performing three-dimensional checking; actual construction; positioning and paying off; a sump open caisson is excavated; the site is leveled for open caisson manufacturing; removing the mold and maintaining; excavating and sinking; draining and pouring bottom sealing concrete; constructing a leveling layer; and performing waterproof construction. The prefabricated open caisson is made of reinforced concrete on site, the section size is easy to control, and concrete raw materials, pouring and curing processes can be effectively controlled. The prefabricated open caisson is divided into a blade angle part and a well wall part, the blade angle is used for facilitating sinking, and a groove is formed in the inner side of the blade angle, so that the effective water plugging effect can be achieved. The well wall of the open caisson also serves as a foundation bed, and only bottom leveling bottom layer construction needs to be conducted after the open caisson sinks to the set elevation.
