The invention belongs to the technical field of open caisson bottom sealing, and discloses an open caisson bottom sealing technology which comprises an open caisson, an inverted filter layer, cable concrete, water replenishing wells, biological slurry, intelligent concrete and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the inverted filter layer and the cable concrete are arranged at the bottom of the open caisson, the water replenishing wells are arranged on the periphery of the open caisson, and the biological slurry is stored in the open caisson. A micro sensor and an actuator are placed in the biological slurry, and some water replenishing wells are arranged around the open caisson to replenish underground water resources by aiming at the problem that the underground water level is reduced due to drainage sinking, so that the influence on the surrounding environment can be reduced, and meanwhile, the sinking speed of the open caisson can also be increased. In order to solve the problem that special equipment and materials need to be used for non-drainage sinking, biological materials such as algae and fungi are used for preparing the slurry with the anti-seepage performance, so that the construction cost and the environmental pollution can be reduced, and meanwhile, the stability and the recyclability of the slurry can also be improved.
