The invention provides a prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slab composite floor system. The prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slab composite floor system comprises a plurality of prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slabs and post-cast reinforced concrete slab strips, wherein the prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slab is formed by laminating an autoclaved aerated concrete slab and a cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer; the cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer is positioned below the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, is wider than the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, and is internally provided with a plurality of distributed steel bars; the two ends of the distribution steel bars extend out of the upper surface of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer and are arranged on the two sides of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab respectively to form a U shape. The post-cast reinforced concrete slab strip comprises a slab strip steel bar and a post-cast connecting concrete strip, the adjacent prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slabs are connected, the prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slabs are connected with the floor beams, and the composite floor system is formed.
