The invention provides an autoclaved aerated concrete prefabricated composite board and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The autoclaved aerated concrete prefabricated composite board comprises a first concrete batten, a sandwich layer and a second concrete batten which are sequentially stacked, non-penetrating type pouring holes suitable for containing pouring materials are formed in the first concrete battens; a penetrating type pouring hole suitable for containing pouring materials is formed in the second concrete batten. The sandwich layer is solidified and connected with the pouring material; wherein openings of the non-penetrating pouring holes face the sandwich layer. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete prefabricated composite board provided by the invention, the concrete batten and the sandwich layer are directly compounded together, and the compounding of the concrete batten and the sandwich layer is firmer, so that the structural strength is ensured, and the construction efficiency and the safety of a building wall body are improved.
本发明提供一种蒸压加气混凝土预制复合板及其制作方法,涉及建筑技术领域。蒸压加气混凝土预制复合板包括:依次层叠设置的第一混凝土条板、夹心层及第二混凝土条板;第一混凝土条板上形成适于容纳灌注料的非穿透式灌注孔;第二混凝土条板上形成适于容纳灌注料的穿透式灌注孔;夹心层与灌注料固化连接;其中,非穿透式灌注孔的开口朝向夹心层。本发明提供的蒸压加气混凝土预制复合板,直接将混凝土条板与夹心层复合在一起,且混凝土条板与夹心层的复合更牢靠,保证了结构强度,提高了建筑墙体的施工效率和建筑墙体的安全性。
