The invention provides a prestressed composite reinforcement laminated slab composite floor system which comprises a plurality of prestressed composite reinforcement prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slabs (1) which are closely spliced with one another in the width direction; the post-cast reinforced concrete layers (2) are cast among the plurality of prestressed composite reinforcement prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slabs (1) and on the upper surfaces of the prestressed composite reinforcement prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slabs (1) to form the prestressed composite reinforcement prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slab (1) composite floor system; wherein the prestressed composite reinforcement prefabricated autoclaved aerated concrete laminated slab (1) is formed by laminating an autoclaved aerated concrete slab (11) and a cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (12), and the cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (12) is located below the autoclaved aerated concrete slab (11); a plurality of U-shaped distributed steel bars (123) parallel to the width direction of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (12) are arranged in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (12), and a plurality of common load-bearing steel bars (121) and prestress load-bearing steel bars (122) parallel to the length direction of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (12) are arranged in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer (12).
