The invention provides a prestressed composite floor slab. The prestressed composite floor slab comprises a concrete prefabricated layer, a concrete cast-in-place layer, a plurality of prestressed steel wires and a plurality of first composite ribs. And the prestressed steel wires are arranged at intervals and are embedded in the concrete prefabricated layer. The first laminated ribs are arranged at intervals, each first laminated rib comprises a first truss upper chord member and a first bending structure, the first truss upper chord members are connected with the top ends of the first bending structures, and the lower portions of the first bending structures are embedded in the concrete prefabricated layer. The upper portion of each first bending structure is embedded in the concrete cast-in-place layer, each first truss upper chord is embedded in the concrete cast-in-place layer, and the concrete cast-in-place layer is connected with the concrete prefabricated layer. The prestressed composite floor slab solves the problems that composite ribs of an existing prestressed composite floor slab are not fully utilized, and materials on the upper portions of the composite ribs are left unused and wasted.
