The invention discloses a pre-filled aggregate concrete filled steel tubular column with a built-in grouting pipe and a preparation method of the pre-filled aggregate concrete filled steel tubular column. The pre-filled aggregate concrete filled steel tubular column comprises an outer steel tube, the built-in grouting pipe, coarse aggregate and a slurry material, holes are formed in the periphery of the built-in grouting pipe, the built-in grouting pipe is vertically arranged in the center of the outer steel pipe, and coarse aggregate is filled between the outer steel pipe and the built-in grouting pipe; and the slurry material permeates into coarse aggregate gaps from the holes of the built-in grouting pipe. Uniformly mixing the coarse aggregate, placing the coarse aggregate in a gap between the outer steel pipe and the grouting pipe, vibrating the coarse aggregate by adopting a vibrating rod until the coarse aggregate is dense so as to form point-to-point contact and mutual interlocking of the coarse aggregate, and then complementing the coarse aggregate and filling the coarse aggregate to the height of the outer steel pipe. And a slurry material is injected into the grouting pipe, and the grouting material in the built-in grouting pipe is vibrated through the vibrating rod until the slurry material penetrates through the hole of the grouting pipe, fills the coarse aggregate gap and overflows the outer steel pipe. The concrete filled steel tubular column prefilled with the aggregate has the advantages of being easy to operate, high in compressive strength, light in self weight, good in ductility and anti-seismic property, good in corrosion resistance and the like.
