The invention discloses a pressure grouting and aggregate pre-filling steel pipe concrete column with a built-in grouting pipe and a preparation method thereof. Coarse aggregate is evenly mixed and then placed in a gap between the outer steel pipe and the grouting pipe, the coarse aggregate is vibrated through a vibrating rod to be dense, so that point-to-point contact and mutual interlocking of the coarse aggregate are formed, then the coarse aggregate is supplemented and filled to be level up to the height of the outer steel pipe, then the upper end plate is welded to fix the outer steel pipe, and meanwhile the upper end plate naturally seals the built-in grouting pipe. And then a grouting machine injects a slurry material through the input pipe, and the slurry material permeates into coarse aggregate gaps through the circular holes of the built-in grouting pipe. And the slurry material penetrates through the circular hole of the grouting pipe to fill gaps of the coarse aggregate and overflows out of the output pipe. The concrete-filled steel tube column is simple in preparation operation, a traditional concrete-filled steel tube preparation mode is changed, meanwhile, due to the fact that coarse aggregates are mutually interlocked and make point-to-point contact, the technical problem that the traditional concrete-filled steel tube is prone to disengaging and debonding due to shrinkage of concrete in the concrete-filled steel tube column is effectively solved, and the concrete-filled steel tube column has the advantages of being light in self weight, good in anti-seismic property and the like.
本发明公开了内置灌浆管的压力灌浆预填集料钢管混凝土柱及其制备方法。将粗集料混合均匀后置于外钢管与灌浆管之间空隙内,采用振捣棒振捣粗集料达到密实,从而形成粗集料尖对尖接触,相互嵌锁,然后补足粗集料填平至外钢管高度,之后焊接上部端板固定外钢管,同时上部端板自然封住内置灌浆管。然后由灌浆机通过输入管注入浆体材料,经过内置灌浆管的圆孔渗透到粗集料空隙中。直到浆体材料透过灌浆管圆孔填充完粗集料空隙,并溢出输出管。本发明制备操作简单、改变了传统的钢管混凝土制备方式,同时,由于粗集料相互嵌锁且尖对尖接触,有效避免了传统钢管混凝土因内部混凝土收缩造成的易脱空脱粘技术难题,且该型钢管混凝土柱具有自重轻和抗震性能好等优点。
