A roof leakage prevention device comprises a water falling main pipe and a water falling branch pipe and is characterized in that a cup opening is formed in the top end of the water falling main pipe, a water falling pipe rainwater hopper cover is arranged on the upper portion of the cup opening, and a through hole and a water falling branch pipe hole are formed in the two sides of a pipe body in the middle of the water falling main pipe respectively; the downpipe main pipe and the downpipe branch pipes on the two sides are all provided with wing rings, and the downpipe main pipe and the downpipe branch pipes are all the lowest points of the drainage gradient; the water falling branch pipes are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the water falling main pipe, one end of each water falling branch pipe is communicated with the through hole, and the other end opening of each water falling branch pipe is horizontally provided with a water falling pipe rainwater hopper cover; wherein wing rings are respectively arranged in the water falling main pipe and the water falling branch pipes.
