Roof leakage prevention structure and leakage prevention method
The present invention relates to a structure for preventing leakage of water from a rooftop through cutting and a water leakage prevention method, which detect rainwater penetrating a waterproof sheet in a rooftop due to various causes, or a water leak occurring due to drainage or a wet condition to find only a place where the water leak occurs without entirely removing a conventional waterproof layer, remove stagnant water, and prevent leakage of water, and which find only the place where leakage occurs, remove the stagnant water, and prevent the leakage of water without entirely removing the conventional waterproof layer when waterproofing is performed due to the rainwater penetrating the waterproof sheet in the rooftop due to various causes, or the water leak occurring due to drainage or wet conditions. The structure and water leakage prevention method can set a watercourse such that the rainwater introduced into a slab due to damage to a urethane waterproof layer formed in the rooftop is discharged through a rainwater pipe, can allow remaining water to be evaporated in a drained state, thereby preventing the cohesion of concrete from weakening, and can prevent the waterproof sheet provided on an upper portion of a first concrete layer from being damaged by the rainwater and water, thereby preventing the rainwater from being introduced into a house due to the leakage of rainwater. The structure comprises: a cut groove (10); and a drain pipe (20).
본 발명은 절개를 통한 옥상 누수 방지구조 및 누수 방지공법에 관한 것으로, 옥상에 여러 원인으로 방수시트까지 침투한 우수가 배수나 건조되지 않은 상태로 인하여 발생하는 누수를 찾아 기존에 설치된 방수층을 전부 걷어내지 않고 누수된 곳만을 찾아 고인물을 제거하고 누수를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하며, 옥상에 여러 원인으로 방수시트까지 침투한 우수가 배수나 건조되지 않으므로 발생하는 누수에 의한 방수 작업시 기존에 설치된 방수층을 전부 걷어내지 않고 누수된 곳만을 찾아 고인물의 제거 및 누수를 방지하므로 재시공에 따른 비용보다 저렴하고, 반영구적으로 사용이 가능하며, 또한, 옥상에 형성한 우레탄 방수층의 파손에 의해 슬라브의 내부로 유입되는 우수가 우수관으로 배수가 이루어지도록 물길을 잡아주고, 배수된 상태에서 잔류되는 수분이 증발되도록 하므로 우수에 의해 콘크리트의 응집력이 약화되는 것을 방지하는 것은 물론 우수 및 수분에 의해 제1콘크리트층의 상부에 설치한 방수시트가 파손되는 것을 방지하므로 우수에 의해 누수가 발생하여 집안 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
