The invention discloses an unloading device and method for shear wall reinforcement. An unloading device arranged between an upper-layer shear wall at the top of the to-be-reinforced shear wall and a lower-layer shear wall at the bottom of the to-be-reinforced shear wall is used for completely transferring the upper load borne by the whole to-be-reinforced shear wall to the lower-layer shear wall at the bottom of the to-be-reinforced shear wall, and then reinforcement is conducted; and after reinforcement is completed, the load is transferred to the reinforced shear wall, it is ensured that the load value borne by the reinforced shear wall is kept consistent with the original design value, and therefore the safety of the reinforcing process and the safety of the reinforced building structure are ensured. The unloading device is reasonable in structural design, operation only needs to be conducted on one side of the shear wall to be reinforced during construction, the unloading device can be repeatedly disassembled, assembled and used, the application range is wide, structural safety in the construction process and overall safety of a building structure after construction are ensured, the unloading device can be widely applied to reinforcing engineering of the shear wall structure, and the unloading device has high application value and economic benefits.
本发明公开一种剪力墙加固的卸载装置及方法,利用设置于待加固剪力墙顶部的上层剪力墙和待加固剪力墙底部的下层剪力墙之间的卸载装置将整肢待加固剪力墙承担的上部荷载全部转移至待加固剪力墙底部的下层剪力墙上后进行加固;待加固完成后,再将荷载转移至加固后的剪力墙上,并确保加固后的剪力墙所承担的荷载值与原设计值保持一致,从而保证加固过程及加固后建筑结构的安全。本发明卸载装置结构设计合理,施工时仅需在待加固剪力墙一侧进行操作,可重复拆装使用,使用范围较广且确保施工过程中的结构安全及施工后的建筑结构整体安全,可广泛用于剪力墙结构的加固工程,具有很高的应用价值和经济效益。
