The invention relates to a floating type draught fan floating body, a wind generating set and a control method, and the floating type draught fan floating body comprises a floating body which comprises a plurality of floating bodies arranged at intervals and connecting bodies connected between the floating bodies; the stabilizing devices are arranged on the floating body at intervals, each stabilizing device comprises a mechanical arm, a driving part, a first impeller and a base, the bases are connected with the floating body through the mechanical arms and have rotational freedom degrees relative to the floating body, the bases are provided with inner cavities, first openings and second openings, and the first openings and the second openings communicate with the inner cavities. The first opening, the inner cavity and the second opening form a seawater circulation channel, the first impeller is arranged in the inner cavity, and the driving piece drives the first impeller to rotate and drives seawater to flow in the circulation channel so as to provide acting force in the preset direction for the floating body and push the floating body to move in the seawater. A mooring system is not needed, the overall structure is simple, and the difficulty of construction operation and maintenance procedures is greatly reduced.
