The invention discloses an intelligent plate-type rubber support capable of realizing in-situ damage detection, which comprises a top plate, a sliding plate, a stainless steel cold-rolled steel plate, a middle steel plate, a rubber plate and a bottom plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the top plate and the bottom plate are slotted, and a sensor, a vibration exciter and a sensing line are placed in a slot; the vibration exciter is connected with an external signal excitation module through a sensing line, the sensor is connected with an external signal acquisition module through a sensing line, the signal excitation module and the signal acquisition module are connected with a remote data transmission module, and an obtained detection signal is input into a signal processing module at a cloud end for processing; therefore, the state of the support is identified; the invention further discloses a recognition method of the intelligent plate type rubber support capable of achieving damage in-situ detection. The axial pressure, deformation and damage states of the support can be accurately recognized.
