The auxiliary camera with the resolution lower than that of the main camera is added, the main camera carries out sampling at a low-speed frequency when the road surface state is good, the sampling frequency of the main camera is adjusted when the auxiliary camera finds that the road surface is damaged, and the damaged road surface is collected in an emphasized manner; therefore, the size of the data acquired by the main camera can be reduced, and a large number of pavement defect images are stored. Therefore, targeted analysis is realized, the detection precision is improved, and the detection computing power demand is reduced.
