Toughening type epoxy asphalt cold patch material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a toughened epoxy asphalt cold patch material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 94-96 parts of aggregate and 4-6 parts of cold patch asphalt, the cold patch asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of asphalt, 10 to 16 parts of D40 diluent and 11 to 25 parts of additive. The 70 # asphalt is selected as a matrix raw material, a D40 diluent is selected to destroy the molecular structure of the asphalt, then the modifier is used to improve the original performance of the asphalt, and finally the additive is used to improve the coagulability of finished product construction. The modifier is added into the toughening type epoxy asphalt cold patch material, the bisphenol A epoxy resin E51 is selected as the main modifier, and the curing agent and the toughening agent are used as auxiliary materials, so that the strength and the toughness of the epoxy asphalt are improved, and the bonding performance of the toughening type epoxy asphalt cold patch material is greatly enhanced; the problem that the epoxy asphalt cold patch material is easy to crack at low temperature is solved, and the application range of epoxy asphalt is enlarged.
本发明公开了一种增韧型环氧沥青冷补料,由以下重量份原料制成:94‑96份集料、4‑6份冷补沥青;所述冷补沥青由以下重量份原料组成:100份沥青、10‑16份D40稀释剂、11‑25份添加剂。本发明选用70#沥青作为基质原料,选用D40稀释剂来破坏沥青的分子结构,再用改性剂来改良沥青的原有性能,最后再用添加剂来达到改良成品施工的凝结性;本发明通过在一种增韧型环氧沥青冷补料中加入改性剂,并选用双酚A型环氧树脂E51作为主要改性剂,并辅以固化剂、增韧剂,提高环氧沥青的强度和韧性,极大增强了一种增韧型环氧沥青冷补料的粘结性能,解决了环氧沥青冷补料低温下容易开裂的问题,增大了环氧沥青的应用范围。
