Mechanical grabbing beam
The mechanical grabbing beam comprises an upper beam and a lower beam, a suspension mechanism comprises a supporting cylinder and a supporting rod, the supporting cylinder is fixedly connected to the end face, facing the lower beam, of the upper beam, the supporting rod is movably connected with the supporting cylinder, a plurality of guiding wedge blocks are arranged in the circumferential direction of the supporting cylinder, and a plurality of traction wedge blocks are arranged in the circumferential direction of the supporting rod; the guide wedge block forms a curved surface track allowing the traction wedge block to rotate periodically and spirally, the supporting cylinder is movably connected with a sleeve, and the sleeve is movably connected with the supporting rod. The lower beam is provided with a limiting piece, the limiting piece is provided with a limiting cavity and a plurality of limiting grooves communicated with the limiting cavity, the supporting rod is provided with a plurality of locking pieces in the circumferential direction close to the lower beam, the locking pieces enter or break away from the limiting cavity through the limiting grooves, and when the supporting cylinder slides towards the lower beam, the guiding wedge blocks force the traction wedge blocks to drive the supporting rod to rotate. The operation reliability and stability of the whole equipment can be improved, and it is guaranteed that the upper beam and the lower beam can be automatically and accurately hooked.
