The invention relates to the field of construction tamping equipment, in particular to a movable foundation tamping device for an airport foundation excavation stage, which comprises a trailer and a first hammer head mounted on the trailer and capable of moving in the vertical direction; a hammer rod is vertically arranged on the first hammer head; the hammer rod is movably sleeved with a second hammer head, and in the natural state, the second hammer head abuts against the upper portion of the first hammer head. A first contact part and a second contact part are separately arranged on the first hammer head and the second hammer head respectively; a lifting part and a motion control device for controlling the lifting part to move are further movably arranged on the trailer; and the lifting part is matched with the first contact part and the second contact part to control the first hammer head and the second hammer head to hammer at intervals. Movable double hammering operation is carried out through movement of the trailer, the tamping effect is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
