The invention relates to a construction method for removing underground secant piles by a full-casing full-slewing drilling machine, which comprises the following steps: construction preparation: leveling a site, constructing a concrete guide wall, and operating the full-casing full-slewing drilling machine in place to align with the secant piles; breaking the pile body: operating a breaking pipe to be inserted into the orifice; after the breaking pipe completely extends into the hole opening, a grabbing device is used for fishing all broken materials of the broken pile body; the breaking pipe is lengthened by one section, and the breaking pipe continues to be lengthened after the operations of breaking the pile body and taking out residues are repeated; perpendicularity measurement and control: hoisting and placing a first section of casing pipe, and measuring and controlling the perpendicularity of the casing pipe; pressing in the first section of sleeve; a second section of casing pipe is connected; the first section of casing pipe is taken out; in-depth operation, pipe connecting and soil taking are conducted in sequence till the sleeve reaches the rock surface or the designed hole depth; and sandy soil is backfilled, specifically, the casing pipe is backfilled with the sandy soil, and breaking of the underground secant pile is completed. The efficiency of removing underground secant piles by using the full-casing full-slewing drilling machine can be improved.
