The invention relates to an assembly type station bottom plate alignment device and method, the alignment device comprises two track assemblies used for being fixed to the two sides of the to-be-installed position of a bottom plate, each track assembly comprises an upper track beam and a lower track beam which are vertically arranged in parallel at intervals, and a rack is fixed to the upper track beam in the length direction; the two inner supporting clamps are used for being oppositely connected with the two ends of the bottom plate; the tail ends of the two three-axis mechanical arms are connected to the two inner supporting clamps correspondingly. The two moving assemblies are used for connecting the head ends of the two three-axis mechanical arms to the two track assemblies in a sliding mode respectively, and each moving assembly comprises a gear meshed with the rack and a first driving part for driving the gear to rotate and enabling the moving assembly to slide along the lower track beam. The technical problem that in the prior art, the installation precision of assembly type subway station bottom plate installation construction is low is solved. According to the invention, the construction efficiency and the installation precision are improved, and the object impact injury accident caused by the installation operation is avoided.
