The invention discloses an assembly type station side wall assembly alignment device and a construction method thereof.The assembly type station side wall assembly alignment device comprises a movable bearing platform, a supporting arm and a backup plate, the mounting angle and position of a side wall are positioned in a physical attaching mode through the backup plate, and four-direction adjustment of the backup plate is achieved through a first driving structure and a second driving structure; the movable bearing platform integrally moves flexibly and moves, the end face of the assembled prefabricated bottom plate serves as a datum plane, the side wall is attached to the upper portion of the backup plate so as to be aligned with the end face of the prefabricated bottom plate, the perpendicularity and the position of the side wall can be corrected and adjusted based on the gap between the backup plate and the side wall, and the installation precision of the side wall is guaranteed. The problem that under the condition that the operation space of the prefabricated metro station is narrow, deviation rectifying operation of the side wall splicing position is difficult is solved.
