Penetration type fiber component connecting method
The invention provides a penetrating type fiber component connecting method. A connecting framework is made of a connecting component, a middle annular structure and an end annular structure; the connecting component is provided with a center hole and dispersion holes communicated with the center hole; and fiber lines in the fiber components penetrate through the connecting components and the center holes of the annular structures, penetrate out of the dispersion holes, then are wound backwards among the annular structures and are fixedly connected, so that the connection between the fiber components and the connecting components is formed. According to the invention, the connection between the fiber component and other components is formed by winding and consolidating the fiber lines of the fiber component in the annular structure for the first time, and the blank of the fiber component connection self-forming technology is filled.
本发明提供了一种穿过式纤维构件连接方法,采用连接构件、中部环状结构和端部环状结构做成连接骨架;连接构件设置有中心孔和与之连通的分散孔;纤维构件中的纤维线穿过连接构件和环状结构中心孔,从分散孔穿出后在环状结构之间向后绕行、固结,由此形成纤维构件与连接构件的连接。本发明首次利用在纤维构件的纤维线在环状结构中绕行、固结的方法形成纤维构件与其它构件的连接,填补了纤维构件连接自成型技术的空白。
