The invention discloses a construction method for pouring concrete on the outer side of an outer wall of a single steel plate wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that a, an integrated steel member is obtained; b, obtaining a single steel plate wall; c, mounting errors of the steel column and the steel beam are measured and recorded; d, fixing the fixed support I and the fixed support II; e, the first connecting supporting truss and the second connecting supporting truss are installed; f, forming a whole truss unit; g, a formwork is fixed to the whole truss unit; h, mounting a grouting hopper; i, forming a first concrete layer; j, forming a second concrete layer; and k, the step j is repeated, and concrete pouring is completed. Concrete is poured layer by layer, the concrete pouring height is reduced, concrete compact forming is facilitated, and the bearing capacity of the single-steel-plate outer wall is effectively improved. Meanwhile, the whole truss unit is used for supporting the formwork, the stress capacity of the formwork is improved, and the formwork is not prone to deformation and meets the requirement for pouring concrete from top to bottom under the condition that the fluidity of the concrete is large.
本发明公开了单钢板墙外墙外侧浇筑混凝土的施工方法,包括如下步骤:a、得到一体式钢构件;b、得到单钢板墙;c、测量钢柱和钢梁的安装误差并记录;d、固定固定支座一和固定支座二;e、安装第一连接支撑桁架和第二连接支撑桁架;f、形成整个桁架单元;g、在整个桁架单元上固定模板;h、安装灌浆料斗;i、形成第一混凝土层;j、形成第二混凝土层;k、重复步骤j,完成混凝土浇筑。本发明逐层对混凝土浇筑,混凝土浇筑高度降低,有利于混凝土密实成型,有效改善单钢板墙外墙的承载力。同时,采用整个桁架单元对模板进行支撑,增加模板的受力能力,在混凝土较大流动性情况下,模板不易变形,符合从上往下浇筑混凝土的要求。
