The invention provides a double-pull electric release lock system and a motor vehicle. The invention discloses a double-pull electric release lock system which comprises two electric pull-in lock devices arranged on the two sides of the central plane of a vehicle. The release actuator is provided with a driving motor, and the release actuator is in driving connection with the two electric pull-in lock devices respectively, so that the release actuator synchronously performs unlocking operation on the two electric pull-in lock devices; the unlocking operation of the release actuator on the electric pull-in lock device comprises a first release operation and a second release operation, the first release operation releases the electric pull-in lock device from a fully-locked state to a semi-locked state, and the second release operation releases the electric pull-in lock device from the semi-locked state to a fully-opened state; a lock state indicating switch is arranged in at least one electric pull-in lock device so as to indicate that the electric pull-in lock device is in a fully-locked state or a semi-locked state or a fully-opened state.
