Titanium dioxide-based pore forming agent
The invention discloses a titanium dioxide-based pore-forming agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, burdening: weighing burdening titanium dioxide powder and pore-forming agent powder (CMC and PS) according to a given proportion by using an electronic balance with the model number of CN-KT001, and then respectively sieving the titanium dioxide powder and the pore-forming agent powder through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain a material for later use; s2, mixing: taking titanium dioxide as a base material, putting titanium dioxide powder, a pore-forming agent and other auxiliary materials into a kneading machine according to a proportion, mixing for 5 hours, uniformly mixing, and taking out pug; s3, aging: putting the pug into a sealing tank, and aging for 24H; and S4, extrusion forming: after water is uniformly distributed in the pug, putting the pug into a ceramic tube extruder, and extruding under the condition that the extrusion pressure is controlled to be 10MPa to obtain a single-cylinder-shaped green body. The pore-forming agent prepared by the method can effectively increase the specific surface area of the vanadium-titanium catalyst, so that the high-porosity porous ceramic is prepared, and the TiO2 porous ceramic has better filtration and heat insulation performance.
本发明公开了二氧化钛基造孔剂,包括如下步骤;S1、配料,用型号CN‑KT001电子天平按照既定比例称取配料二氧化钛粉末和造孔剂粉末(CMC、PS),随后将二氧化钛粉末和造孔剂粉末分别过200目筛网,即得材料后备用;S2、混合,以二氧化钛为基材,将二氧化钛粉末和造孔剂及其他辅料按比例放入捏合机混炼5h,均匀混合后取出泥料;S3、陈化,将泥料放入密封罐中陈化24H;S4、挤压成型,待水份在泥料中分布均匀后,将其放入陶瓷挤管机中,将挤出压力控制在10MPa下挤出得到单圆柱状生胚。本发明制备的造孔剂可以有效提高钒钛系催化剂比表面积,从而制备高孔隙率多孔陶瓷,使得TiO2多孔陶瓷具有更好的过滤和隔热性能。
