The invention relates to the field of watering carts, in particular to a pedestrian avoidance intelligent control system and a watering cart. During use, a base provides stable support for a supporting frame, then an adjuster is installed on the supporting frame to adjust the positions of a spraying assembly and an avoidance assembly, and a water spraying pipe of the spraying assembly is used for being connected with a water tank to take water from the water tank; and then power is provided by the spraying pump and sprayed out through the spraying head. In the water spraying process, the camera is used for photographing the condition of pedestrians on the roadside, the image processor is used for processing, the controller drives the air cylinder to move after finding the pedestrians, so that the driving rod drives the pushing block to move, the baffle is further driven to rotate by a preset angle, and the spraying range of the spraying head is limited; and then the blocked water enters the water return tank to be stored, subsequent continuous use is facilitated, water resources are saved, and therefore the sprinkler head can control the sprinkling range according to the conditions of pedestrians, and use is more convenient.
