The invention discloses a high-content phosphogypsum cement clinker and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of cement clinker and preparation thereof.The high-content phosphogypsum cement clinker is prepared from, by mass, 25-35 parts of modified phosphogypsum, 50-55 parts of limestone, 9-12 parts of mud cakes, 2-6 parts of clastic rock, 0-2 parts of steel slag and 1-2 parts of calcium-containing waste residues. Wherein the modified ardealite is obtained by adding fly ash, steel slag and microcrystalline carbon into ardealite and carrying out high-temperature modification treatment, the addition of the steel slag can effectively reduce the calcination temperature in the modification process, and the prepared modified ardealite can replace a part of limestone and is applied to the preparation of cement clinker; the modified ardealite does not influence the physical properties and the setting time of the cement clinker, and low-cost treatment and large-scale reutilization of the ardealite are effectively realized.
本发明公开了一种高掺量磷石膏水泥熟料及其制备方法,涉及水泥熟料及其制备领域,该高掺量磷石膏水泥熟料的生料按照质量份包括:25‑35份改性磷石膏、50‑55份石灰石、9‑12份泥饼、2‑6份碎屑岩、0‑2份钢渣、1‑2份含钙废渣,其中的改性磷石膏是向磷石膏中加入粉煤灰、钢渣和微晶碳进行高温改性处理得到,钢渣的加入能有效降低改性过程中的煅烧温度,制备出的改性磷石膏能替代一部分的石灰石,应用于水泥熟料的制备中,同时,改性后磷石膏不会影响水泥熟料的物理性能和凝结时间,有效实现了磷石膏的低成本处理和规模化再利用。
