According to the technical scheme, solid waste such as the high-titanium metallurgical slag is fully utilized, waste is turned into wealth, the prepared mortar can reach the standard of the strength grade of M5, and parameters such as the 3d strength, the 7d strength, the 28d strength, the initial setting time and the final setting time of the mortar all meet and exceed related standards.
