Method for preparing proton ceramic electrolyte through spark plasma sintering
The invention discloses a method for preparing a proton ceramic electrolyte by spark plasma sintering, which comprises the following steps: step 1, putting proton ceramic electrolyte powder into a graphite mold, and separating the contact surfaces of the proton ceramic electrolyte powder and the graphite mold by using graphite paper; step 2, pre-pressing the graphite mold filled with the proton ceramic electrolyte powder; 3, after prepressing is finished, the graphite mold containing the ceramic electrolyte powder is put into spark plasma sintering equipment to be sintered; fourthly, after sintering is finished, after the graphite mold is cooled to the room temperature, the graphite mold is taken out of the spark plasma sintering equipment and demolded, and a sintered sample is obtained; and 5, carrying out annealing treatment on the sintered sample in an air atmosphere to remove carbon impurities so as to obtain a proton ceramic electrolyte finished product. The sintering temperature of the BaZrO3-based proton ceramic electrolyte can be reduced, the conductivity of the electrolyte is not influenced while the density is ensured, and the sintering time is shortened.
本发明公开一种放电等离子烧结制备质子陶瓷电解质的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、将质子陶瓷电解质粉体放入石墨模具中,将质子陶瓷电解质粉体与石墨模具接触面之间用石墨纸隔开;步骤二、对装有质子陶瓷电解质粉体的石墨模具进行预压;步骤三、预压结束后,将装有陶瓷电解质粉体的石墨模具放入放电等离子烧结设备中进行烧结;步骤四、烧结结束后,待石墨模具冷却至室温,然后从放电等离子烧结设备内取出石墨模具并脱模,得到烧结后的样品;步骤五、将烧结后的样品在空气气氛下进行退火处理,以除去碳杂质,得到质子陶瓷电解质成品。本发明能降低BaZrO3基质子陶瓷电解质的烧结温度,保证致密度的同时且不影响电解质的电导率,并且缩短了烧结时间。
