The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and provides a concrete pavement structure for a steel bridge deck and a pavement method thereof.The pavement structure comprises an anti-corrosion layer located on a steel bridge deck slab, a second-order cured epoxy resin layer located on the anti-corrosion layer and an asphalt concrete layer located on the second-order cured epoxy resin layer; the asphalt concrete layer contains a modifier with graphite nanosheets, SIS, UHMWPE, epoxy resin and naphthenic oil as main components, the specific second-order cured epoxy resin layer is formed, and the asphalt concrete layer modified by the specific modifier is formed on the specific second-order cured epoxy resin layer, so that the deformation compliance of the pavement structure is remarkably improved; and the strength and shear resistance of the whole pavement structure are improved, and the fatigue resistance is enhanced. In addition, the paving structure is simple in construction mode and wide in application range.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,提供一种钢桥面用混凝土铺装结构及其铺装方法,该铺装结构包括位于钢桥面板上的防腐层、位于防腐层上的二阶固化环氧树脂层和位于二阶固化环氧树脂层上的沥青混凝土层;所述沥青混凝土层含有以石墨纳米片、SIS、UHMWPE、环氧树脂和环烷油为主要组分的改性剂,本发明通过形成特定二阶固化环氧树脂层,并在其上形成由特定改性剂改性后的沥青混凝土层实现铺装结构的变形追从性显著提升,且整体铺装结构的强度及抗剪性提高,抗疲劳性能加强。另外,本发明的铺装结构的施工方式简单,使用范围广。
