本发明提供了一种塔柱横梁支架施工方法，本发明通过将塔柱上的水平横撑转变为可以安全通行及操作的横撑平台，并通过在提前在塔柱的相应节段上设置预埋件，然后在横撑平台上完成牛腿的安装和横梁支架的安装，在本发明中有效地利用了水平横撑，使其为横梁支架的安装服务，极大地提高了安全性。
