Sluice segmented water taking device
The water gate segmented water taking device comprises gate piers arranged on the two sides of a river channel, a support and a material jacking assembly, the support is fixedly arranged on the side walls of the ends, close to each other, of the gate piers, a gate is slidably installed on the inner wall of the support, a lifting structure used for controlling the gate to rise and fall is arranged at the top of each gate pier, and a gate groove for the gate to slide is formed in the inner wall of the support; the outer wall of the gate is attached to the inner wall of the gate groove, and the material ejecting assembly comprises a connector and a material ejecting head which are fixedly installed on the two sides of the bottom of the gate. Through cooperative use of the devices, the interior of a gate groove where the gate passes can be cleaned, the situation that obstacles and floating objects hinder falling of the gate is avoided, the phenomenon of gate jacking is avoided, meanwhile, rust and residues on the surface of the gate can be cleaned when the gate falls, the corrosion process of the gate is delayed as much as possible, and the service life of the gate is prolonged. And therefore, the gate is better protected, and the service life of the gate is prolonged.
本发明公开水闸分段取水装置,包括设置在河道两边的闸墩、支架和顶料组件,闸墩相互靠近的一端侧壁固定设置有支架,支架的内壁滑动安装有闸门,闸墩的顶部设置有用于控制闸门起落的升降结构,支架的内壁开设有供闸门滑动的闸槽,闸门的外壁与闸槽的内壁贴合,顶料组件包括固定安装在闸门底部两侧的连接头和顶料头。通过以上各装置之间的配合使用可以对闸门通过的闸槽内进行清理过程,来避免障碍物和漂浮物阻碍闸门的下落,并避免出现顶闸的现象,同时在闸门下落时还可以对其表面的锈迹和残留物进行清理,来尽量延缓闸门的锈蚀过程,从而更好的对闸门进行保护,来延长闸门的使用寿命。
