The invention provides a facing brick construction method based on a cement board base layer, which comprises the following steps: adopting a light steel keel as a framework, adopting a cement board as a wall panel, and carrying out cleaning and caulking treatment on the cement board base layer; coating an interface agent on the surface of the cement board subjected to cleaning and board joint treatment in a rolling manner to form an interface agent layer on the surface of the cement board; based on the wall leveling thickness, mortar is scraped on the interface agent layer in batches, and a cement board leveling layer is formed; the cement board leveling layer is coated with waterproof paint in a rolling mode, and a waterproof layer is formed; and the tapestry bricks are laid on the waterproof layer by adopting adhesive slurry formed by stirring an adhesive, and gaps among the tapestry bricks are subjected to gap filling treatment by adopting a gap filling agent. According to the construction method, traditional brick wall tiling is optimized, the construction efficiency is improved, the building energy consumption is reduced, the anti-seismic property is improved, the engineering quality is guaranteed, and the problems that existing wall bricks need to be transferred one by one for wall building construction, and the construction is tedious and low in efficiency are solved.
