Method for installing and reinforcing huge column formwork with super-large section
A mounting and reinforcing method for a huge column formwork with a super-large section is used for the column formwork with the section size of 2000 mm * 2000 mm or above and is characterized by comprising the following steps of a, surveying and setting out, b, mounting a split screw, c, mounting the formwork, d, jacking and reinforcing the formwork, and e, performing concrete construction. The method has the advantages that the stability of the formwork after installation and reinforcement is guaranteed, the potential problems of formwork expansion and formwork explosion during formwork installation and reinforcement are solved, the structural size, flatness and perpendicularity meet the standard requirements after concrete construction, edges and corners are straight, and the construction efficiency is improved. The appearance quality and the structure safety are ensured; and the construction potential safety hazard is eliminated.
一种超大截面巨型柱模板安装与加固方法，用于截面尺寸2000mm×2000mm及以上的柱模板，其特征在于包括以下步骤：a、测量放线，b、安装对拉螺杆，c、模板安装，d、模板顶撑加固，e、混凝土施工。本发明的超大截面巨型柱模板安装与加固方法具有保证模板安装和加固后的稳定性，解决了模板安装加固潜在的胀模、爆模问题，混凝土施工后结构尺寸、平整度、垂直度符合规范要求，棱角顺直，保证观感质量和结构安全和消除施工安全隐患的优点。
