Self-locking split bolt and using method thereof
The invention discloses a self-locking split bolt and a using method thereof. The self-locking split bolt comprises a split rod, a locking disc and a split disc. Inverted cone teeth are arranged at one end of the opposite-pull rod, and external threads are arranged at the other end of the opposite-pull rod; the locking disc is of a circular ring structure and is provided with radial through holes, and a telescopic assembly is arranged in each through hole. The telescopic assembly comprises a telescopic tongue, a spring and an electromagnetic valve; and under the action of the spring, one end of the telescopic tongue extends out of the through hole and is matched with the inverted cone teeth of the opposite-pull rod. According to the self-locking split bolt, the split rod can be prevented from being pulled out only by inserting the split rod into the locking disc, and the split rod can be pulled out by opening the electromagnetic valve, so that the mounting and dismounting steps of the split bolt are simplified, the rotation stroke of the split disc during mounting and dismounting is shortened, and the construction efficiency is obviously improved; and operation only needs to be carried out on one side of the template, the requirement for the operation space is lowered, and the template is suitable for the situation that the operation space on one side is narrow.
