Integral hoisting construction method and hoisting device for multi-layer steel corridor
The integral hoisting construction method comprises the steps that a bottom-layer steel corridor is assembled on the ground of the vertical projection of the multi-layer steel corridor, a supporting steel frame is erected on the bottom-layer steel corridor, an upper-layer steel corridor is assembled on the supporting steel frame, and the steps are repeated till the multi-layer steel corridor is assembled on the ground; a plurality of tie rods are installed between every two adjacent layers of steel corridors for limiting tie, and interval adjusting mechanisms are installed on the tie rods; a hoisting mechanism is installed, the multiple layers of steel corridors are integrally hoisted through the hoisting mechanism, and the steel corridors and the end faces of the installation floors are fixed in a butt joint mode; the supporting steel frames are sequentially dismantled from top to bottom, and after the supporting steel frame on each layer of steel corridor is dismantled, the steel corridor is aligned to the corresponding installation floor by adjusting the distance adjusting mechanism; compared with an existing hoisting construction method, the scheme is more convenient to operate, higher in construction efficiency and high in safety and reliability.
本发明公开了一种多层钢连廊整体吊装施工方法及其吊装装置,其包括:在多层钢连廊竖直投影的地面上拼装底层钢连廊,在底层钢连廊上搭设支撑钢架,并在支撑钢架上拼装上一层的钢连廊,以此类推,直至在地面完成多层钢连廊的拼装;在相邻两层钢连廊之间安装若干拉结杆进行限位拉结,并在拉结杆上安装间距调节机构;安装吊装机构,并通过吊装机构对多层钢连廊进行整体吊升,将钢连廊与安装楼层的端面进行对接固定;由上至下依次拆除支撑钢架,并在每层钢连廊上的支撑钢架拆除之后,通过调整间距调节机构使该层钢连廊与对应的安装楼层对齐;本方案相比现有的吊装施工方法,其操作更加便捷、施工效率更高、安全可靠性强。
