The invention relates to a windproof and sunscreen type solar power generation device which comprises a support, a frame, a bottom plate and a plurality of solar cell modules, the support comprises a supporting rod and a connecting seat, the connecting seat comprises a flange plate, a bolt, a sealing cover and a rubber ring, the rubber ring is located between the flange plate and a mounting surface, and the bottom edge of the sealing cover is provided with a sealing strip. The sealing cover abuts against the installation face through the sealing strip and covers the flange plate. The solar cell modules are arranged on the aluminum plate layer of the bottom plate at intervals, the four corners of each solar cell module are fixed to the aluminum plate layer through pressing blocks respectively, the four corners of each pressing block are each provided with a fixing unit, and an interval channel is formed between every two adjacent fixing units. According to the invention, the solar cell module is assembled through the frame, the bottom plate and the pressing block, so that the roof is not directly exposed to the sun, and the sun-proof effect is achieved; a support structure formed by the supporting rods and the connecting bases can achieve water resistance between the support and the roof, stable fixation can be achieved when wind power is strong, and the windproof effect is achieved.
