The invention provides a construction method for a through basket steel box tied arch bridge deck structure, which comprises the construction steps of gantry crane installation, main beam assembly bracket and pushing bracket construction, main beam assembly, cross beam bracket erection, cross beam hoisting, bridge deck plate pavement, cross beam bracket removal and the like. A structural system with the bearing capacity is formed, the self weight of the cross beams and the bridge deck slabs does not need to be borne by the cross beam supports any more, and therefore after the bridge deck structure of one section is assembled, the cross beam supports can be detached. And the disassembled cross beam bracket is dragged to the next section and is used for mounting the cross beam of the next section. According to the construction method, according to the stress change of the structure in the assembling process and the designed structure force transmission path, compared with a conventional beam body erecting method of fully paving supports, the erecting cost of the supports for assembling the bridge deck structure of the arch bridge is greatly saved, and meanwhile the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供了一种用于下承式提篮钢箱系杆拱桥桥面结构的施工方法,包括龙门吊安装、主梁拼装支架和顶推支架施工、主梁拼装、横梁支架搭设、横梁吊装、桥面板铺装和撤除横梁支架等施工步骤,在当前节段搭建完成后,形成一个具备承载能力的结构体系,横梁及桥面板的自重不再需要横梁支架来承担,因此,当一个节段的桥面结构拼装完成后,便可拆除横梁支架。并将拆除的横梁支架拖拽至下一节段,用于下一节段横梁的安装。本发明中的施工方法根据结构在拼装过程中受力变化,依据设计的结构传力路径,相比较于常规的满铺支架的梁体架设方法,极大地节约了用于拱桥桥面结构拼装的支架搭设成本,同时也缩短了工期。
