Reinforcing method of hollow slab girder bridge based on UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)
The invention provides a reinforcing method of a hollow slab girder bridge based on UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete), and relates to the field of bridge reinforcing and repairing, the reinforcing method comprises the following steps: sequentially paving hinge joint local longitudinal steel bars, omega-shaped hinge joint steel bars, L-shaped steel bars and a steel bar mesh above a hollow slab, pouring UHPC above the hollow slab to form a reinforcing layer, and pouring an asphalt wearing layer on the reinforcing layer. The UHPC in the hinge joint and the omega-shaped hinge joint steel bars are matched for use, the shear bearing capacity and the crack resistance of the hinge joint can be greatly improved, the load transmission efficiency is improved, and the transverse connection rigidity between hollow plate beams is increased, so that transverse load distribution is improved, the situation that a single plate is stressed can be effectively avoided, and the service life of the hinge joint is prolonged. The stress integrity and stability of the hollow slab girder bridge are improved; meanwhile, the integrity between the reinforcing layer and the hollow slab girder is further enhanced through various other embedded reinforcing steel bars, in subsequent use, the stress participation degree of the reinforcing layer is improved, and the service life of the hollow slab girder bridge is prolonged.
