The invention provides a shear-resistant reinforcing method for a hollow slab bridge adopting UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) core filling, and belongs to the technical field of engineering constructions.The method comprises the steps that firstly, a pavement layer of a shear-resistant reinforcing section of the hollow slab bridge is chiseled away, and secondly, a top plate and a web at the two ends of a hollow slab are hollowed out and chiseled away; a core filling section extends into the inner core of the hollow slab from the top plate and the web plate of the chiseling part; then core filling section steel bars are arranged; and finally, the hollowed and chiseled parts of the two ends of the hollow slab are filled with UHPC, and the shear bearing capacity of the fabricated hollow slab bridge is improved through UHPC filling. And after pouring of the core filling section UHPC is completed, a double-layer reinforcing mesh of a bridge deck integration pavement layer is bound, bridge deck pavement concrete is poured on the layer face of the double-layer reinforcing mesh, and then the shear-resistant reinforcing process of the hollow slab bridge adopting the UHPC core filling is completed. The core filling section of the hollow slab is filled with UHPC, the shear bearing capacity of the cross section is improved by increasing the cross section, and meanwhile, the bending bearing capacity of the cross section is improved through an integrated pavement layer with the thickness of the pavement layer increased through a double-layer reinforcing mesh.
本发明提供一种采用UHPC填芯的空心板桥抗剪加固方法,属于工程结构技术领域,该方法是先完成空心板桥抗剪加固段铺装层的凿除,其次进行空心板两端的顶板和腹板挖空和凿除,自凿除部的顶板和腹板向空心板内心探入延伸设置为填芯段;再布设填芯段钢筋;最后采用UHPC填充空心板两端部挖空和凿除的部分,利用UHPC填充提升装配式空心板桥的抗剪承载能力;填芯段UHPC浇筑完成以后再绑扎桥面整体化铺装层的双层钢筋网,于双层钢筋网的层面浇筑桥面铺装混凝土,即完成采用UHPC填芯的空心板桥抗剪加固过程。本发明将空心板的填芯段采用UHPC填充,采用增大截面以提高截面的抗剪承载能力,同时采用双层钢筋网提高铺装层厚度的整体化铺装层提高截面的抗弯承载能力。
