After the foundation pit is excavated in place in the first sequence, bottom sealing is conducted immediately, after the bottom plate and the fender posts form a whole, the whole and back pressure soil in the second sequence of skip excavation of the foundation pit act jointly, the soil disturbance condition can be well controlled, and floating is reduced. In addition, according to the method, the excavation face is short, disturbance to the underground tunnel is small, when floating deformation of the underground tunnel exceeds a control value, the upper area can be backfilled and reinforced in time, the excavation scheme is determined again, and the safety of the foundation pit is improved.
本发明提供了一种与盾构隧道上下叠合施工的地下管廊施工方法,通过基坑开挖时采用“竖井跳仓法”进行开挖,开挖将先开挖基坑设置为1序,预留做为反压土的基坑为2序。1序基坑开挖到位后,立即进行封底,将底板与围护桩形成一个整体之后,与跳仓开挖基坑2序的反压土共同作用,能够较好的控制土体扰动情况,减少上浮。此外,本方法中跳仓法开挖面短,对地下隧道扰动小,当地下隧道上浮变形超过控制值时,可以及时的回填并加固上部区域,重新确定开挖方案,增加了基坑的安全性。
