Fabricated operating room based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) and installation method thereof
The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based fabricated operating room and an installation method thereof. The operating room comprises a bottom groove, a main beam, a hanging groove structure, an outer groove, a wall plate, a ceiling filling plate and an inclined ceiling. The mounting method comprises the following steps: mounting the bottom groove; mounting an outer groove; mounting a main beam; hoisting the hoisting groove structure; on-site installation errors are analyzed and adjusted based on the three-dimensional scanning technology; a wall plate is mounted on the outer groove; inclined ceilings are mounted on the main beams and the wallboards; and on-site installation errors are analyzed and adjusted based on the three-dimensional scanning technology. The method has the beneficial effects that an operating room frame structure system and an operating room enclosure plate piece system model are created by utilizing a BIM technology, and visual pre-assembly is performed, so that the size of the operating room, the position size of equipment, and the sizes and fixing positions of all components and wallboards are determined in advance; large errors and reworking or secondary processing phenomena caused by later field assembly are avoided, and the construction period and the cost are saved.
