The invention discloses an assembly type rib plate structure and a construction method thereof. The assembly type rib plate structure comprises a prefabricated plate rib and a profiled steel plate. A plurality of prefabricated slab ribs are arranged; connecting pieces are pre-buried at the tops of the plurality of prefabricated slab ribs; the profiled steel sheet is fixed between the two adjacent prefabricated slab ribs, and the two ends of the profiled steel sheet are fixedly connected with the connecting pieces; and the profiled steel sheet and the two adjacent prefabricated slab ribs jointly form a bottom die for post-pouring concrete on the upper plate surface. By means of the mode that only the prefabricated plate ribs are independently prefabricated, the self weight and the size of the prefabricated part are reduced, transportation and hoisting are convenient, temporary supports and formworks do not need to be additionally erected in the post-pouring concrete process, the construction speed is increased, and the construction cost is reduced.
