Support-free truss laminated slab and construction method
The invention provides a support-free truss laminated slab and a construction method. The support-free truss laminated slab comprises a truss prefabricated slab and a detachable steel truss, the truss prefabricated slab is provided with an embedded sleeve in the factory manufacturing stage, and a bolt hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the embedded sleeve, of the top face of the detachable steel truss. Before hoisting in a factory or a construction site, the detachable steel truss is installed below the truss prefabricated slab through bolts. The bending rigidity and the bearing capacity of the truss precast slabs can be improved through the detachable steel trusses, so that vertical supports are omitted in the construction stage, and the use amount of construction turnover materials is reduced; meanwhile, the detachable steel truss can be repeatedly used, materials are saved, and waste is reduced. The truss in the plate is reserved, only the embedded sleeve is additionally arranged in the factory production stage, adjustment of an existing plate is reduced to the maximum extent, increase of the steel consumption of the laminated plate is avoided, and meanwhile the problem that shear resistance in the plate is insufficient due to the fact that the truss in the plate is omitted is solved.
本发明提供了一种免支撑桁架叠合板及施工方法。免支撑桁架叠合板包括桁架预制板和可拆卸钢桁架,桁架预制板在工厂制作阶段设有预埋套筒,可拆卸钢桁架的顶面对应预埋套筒的位置开设有螺栓孔;在工厂或工地吊装前,可拆卸钢桁架通过螺栓安装在桁架预制板的下方。通过可拆卸钢桁架能增大桁架预制板的抗弯刚度和承载力,从而实现施工阶段免去竖向支撑,减少了施工周转材料的用量;同时,可拆卸钢桁架可多次反复使用,节省了材料,减少浪费。本发明保留了板内的桁架,在工厂生产阶段,仅增加了预埋套筒,最大限度的减少了对现有板的调整,避免了叠合板用钢量的增加,同时避免了因取消板内桁架导致的板内抗剪不足的问题。
