The cave slag stone powder admixture concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: cement, sand, stone, water, a copper slag stone powder admixture, a water reducing agent and an additive, wherein the additive is prepared from calcium oxide, polyacrylamide, wood fiber and boric acid; the preparation method of the cave slag stone powder admixture concrete comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components of the concrete; the admixture prepared from calcium oxide, polyacrylamide, wood fiber and boric acid is added into the concrete, on one hand, absorption of the copper slag stone powder to water in the concrete can be inhibited, and on the other hand, the obvious dry shrinkage phenomenon caused by evaporation of water in the hole slag stone powder admixture can be relieved.
