The invention discloses concrete with copper smelting slag powder as an admixture and a preparation method thereof.The concrete comprises graphene oxide modified copper slag powder and cement mortar, the mixing amount of the copper slag powder in the graphene oxide modified copper slag powder is 10% of the mass of cement, and the parameter of graphene oxide does not exceed 0.8% of the total mass of the concrete. According to the concrete with the copper smelting slag powder as the admixture, under the condition that the doping amount of the copper slag powder does not exceed 10%, the tensile strength and the compressive strength of the concrete are maintained at a high level by controlling the adding amount of the graphene oxide, and sodium lignin sulfonate is further added to serve as a water reducing agent, so that the concrete has the advantages of being high in strength and good in durability. The tensile strength and the compressive strength of the concrete are further improved.
