The invention discloses a graphene aluminum vapor chamber which comprises a nickel-plated aluminum alloy structural part, a nickel-plated graphene sheet is embedded in the nickel-plated aluminum alloy structural part, and the nickel-plated graphene sheet is connected with the nickel-plated aluminum alloy structural part in a welded mode. The preparation method comprises the steps that S1, nickel-plated aluminum alloy is processed into a nickel-plated aluminum alloy structural part, the nickel-plated aluminum alloy structural part is divided into an upper cover plate and a lower box body, the upper end of the lower box body is an open end, a cavity used for containing a nickel-plated graphene sheet is formed in the lower box body, and the open end of the lower box body is covered with the upper cover plate; s2, the nickel-plated graphene sheet is welded to the nickel-plated layers of the lower box body and the upper cover plate of the nickel-plated aluminum alloy structural part through tin soldering; s3, the joint of the outer edge of the upper cover plate of the nickel-plated aluminum alloy structural part and the lower box body is welded through friction stir welding; and S4, the welding face is milled to be flat. The graphene aluminum vapor chamber provided by the invention is simple in process, low in cost, good in heat-conducting property, good in graphene sheet and aluminum alloy interface bonding property and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种石墨烯铝均温板,包括镀镍铝合金结构件,镀镍铝合金结构件内部嵌有镀镍石墨烯片,镀镍石墨烯片与镀镍铝合金结构件焊接连接。制备方法:S1、将镀镍铝合金加工成镀镍铝合金结构件,镀镍铝合金结构件分为上盖板和下盒体,下盒体上端为开口端,其内部形成用于容纳镀镍石墨烯片的腔体,上盖板盖设于下盒体开口端;S2、将镀镍石墨烯片与镀镍铝合金结构件下盒体、上盖板的镀镍层通过锡焊焊接;S3、将镀镍铝合金结构件上盖板的外部边缘与下盒体的衔接处采用搅拌摩擦焊进行焊接;S4、将焊接面铣平。本发明提供的石墨烯铝均温板工艺简单,成本低,导热性能好,石墨烯片与铝合金界面结合性好,适合大规模推广使用。
