The pier comprises at least one stand column, the stand column comprises a prefabricated pier bottom section, a prefabricated pier middle section, a prefabricated pier top section and an assembly connector, the upper end of the prefabricated pier bottom section is connected with the lower end of the prefabricated pier middle section through the assembly connector, and the lower end of the prefabricated pier middle section is connected with the prefabricated pier top section through the assembly connector. The upper end of the prefabricated pier middle section is connected with the lower end of the prefabricated pier top section; each prefabricated section comprises a hollow steel pipe and a reinforced concrete layer, and the reinforced concrete layer is coaxially poured on the outer side of the hollow steel pipe; the steel-concrete combined structure mode is adopted, and advantage combination of the performance of the two materials of steel and concrete is achieved; a building mode of factory segment prefabrication and on-site assembly is adopted, the hollow steel pipes participate in structural stress and serve as inner formworks for pouring concrete, segment prefabrication is facilitated, and the use amount of the formworks is reduced; compared with a conventional reinforced concrete bridge pier, the bridge pier is light in structural weight, convenient to assemble and construct and beneficial to seismic resistance.
本发明公开了一种预制节段拼装钢‑混组合桥墩,桥墩包括至少一根立柱,立柱包括:预制墩底节段、预制墩中间节段、预制墩顶节段和装配接头,预制墩底节段的上端通过装配接头与预制墩中间节段的下端连接,预制墩中间节段的上端与预制墩顶节段的下端连接;预制节段/包括中空钢管和钢筋混凝土层,钢筋混凝土层同轴浇筑在中空钢管的外侧;本发明采用的钢‑混组合结构形式,实现了钢材和混凝土两种材料性能的优势组合;采用工厂节段预制、现场拼装的建造模式,中空钢管既参与结构受力又兼做浇筑混凝土的内模板,不仅方便节段预制,而且节省模板用量;与常规钢筋混凝土桥墩比较,结构重量轻,不仅便于装配化施工而且有利于抗震。
