The invention relates to the field of bridge jacking equipment, in particular to T-shaped bridge jacking equipment and a jacking method thereof. Comprising two movable jacking machines and a bridge supporting plate, the bridge supporting plate is installed at the upper ends of the two movable jacking machines, the bridge supporting plate is composed of a left stabilizing plate and a right stabilizing plate which are arranged in a mirror image mode, rectangular grooves are formed in the sides, close to each other, of the two stabilizing plates, and straightening devices are arranged at the bottoms of the stabilizing plates and located on the two sides of the rectangular grooves; the tops of the sides, away from each other, of the two stabilizing plates are provided with abutting devices, and the sides, away from the rectangular groove, of the abutting devices are provided with adjusting devices. The straightening device is arranged to straighten a steel bar at the lower end of the middle of the T-shaped bridge, the telescopic end of a pushing air cylinder is connected with a telescopic elastic column, the telescopic end of the telescopic elastic column is connected with an extrusion plate matched with the steel bar, and the extrusion plate moves downwards close to the steel bar under the bending action of the telescopic elastic column; and under the combined action of the extrusion plates on the front side and the rear side, the reinforcing steel bars can be straightened.
